The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms and were clean and spacious, the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, backyard dining was a welcome option that we enjoyed, and the backyard play equipment was a delight to our 2-year-old (though not in the best repair/condition). The neighborhood was delightful for walking, and the place’s location was only a 15-minute walk to see OSF plays! All in all, the place’s location worked well for our family of 5 adults, one 2-year-old, a spaniel and a ridgeback, and the price seemed fair.

Perfect sanctuary a short walk from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub, backyard and tiki bar area were great places to relax. Beds were comfortable. Overall a great vibe with all the Hawaiian decor. We would stay again next time we are in Ashland.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was so cozy with everything we needed. The backyard provided a perfect space for the dogs and was awesome for a relaxing outdoor morning coffee experience. We not only recommend but this will be our goto place when we are in Ashland.
