Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and we promise to immediately respond to your requests and feedback. Why they chose this property
This area southwest of Ashland enjoys the pace and feel of rural living combined with the 10-minutes-to-town convenience, similar to traveling from one neighborhood to another in a big city. It is a quiet area, with our section of an old state highway (maintained well by Oregon's ODOT) having little traffic. Our property faces north, giving you a million dollar 180 degree view north, east and west toward Grizzly Peak and Emigrant Lake. More often than not, there are spectacular and colorful sunsets to the northwest.
What makes this property unique
This property is just over five acres of quiet and solitude in the trees, of which our guests can enjoy about an acre of grounds for relaxing, walking, hiking, birdwatching, picnicking or playing in the snow for those who like it (about 30 days or less per year). You can kick back on a brand new comfortable and rustic real-cedar deck with hand built log railings, new deck furniture and a covered deck ceiling. Deck access is via cedar steps or an ADA ramp. With lower light pollution than the city, enjoy the use of a Simmons telescope for moon or stargazing.
