Perfect escape for you and your family. Out in the country but no more than 10 min from downtown Norfolk. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets to be seen right from the porch. Farm animal and horse riding experience opportunity within walking distance. Willow Creek state recreation area about 10 miles away. Cowboy hiking trail nearby as well. Jonny Carson museum located just inside Norfolk. North Fork Whitewater Rafting in Norfolk. Awesome downtown area with great shops & fantastic eating establishments. So much to do in the area.

Host had the farmhouse very well stocked. The place is quite charming and the animals about added a pleasant ambiance. Tammy had a Christmas tree up with many festive touches which really made it feel like a home away from home. Will gladly stay here again!

Our stay was amazing! Mike and Tami were attentive and friendly. The property was clean, spacious, and full of nostalgia. We were greeted by their cuddly pup and cats as well as Mike who gave great dinner recommendations in town. We enjoyed playing games both indoors and out. They offered us an option to do a horseback riding lake trail experience which we did and it was beautiful. Would highly recommend this property!!!

Loved this farm! The farmhouse and property were just as described, with a great working farm atmosphere. Well maintained and very roomy for the three adults and three children during our stay. We were even able to host a dinner for 12 using the large dining room and kitchen table, and we even cooked the meal in the house! Having the ability to see and interact with the animals (thanks to flexibility in schedule from the host) was great for the kids. The house was comfortable with plenty of seating and the central air worked great for the warm days. We will definitely plan a stay here in the future next time we visit family in the area.
