Millie's Cozy Parkside Home

OLDER HOME NOTE:
This is an HISTORIC home. The floors creak, the basement can smell 'musty' and the entire house has original hardwood floors and woodwork. If you are sensitive to historic homes or have severe allergies, please use caution. We clean with bleach, we have brand new HVAC, etc., but some people are still sensitive to older homes.

-Brand NEW Heating and Air Conditioning
-NEW INSTANT HOT WATER heater, so you never run out of hot water.
-Lots of towels, wash cloths, cotton swabs, soaps and lotions.
-Desk Upstairs

LAYOUT:
-MAIN FLOOR:
*Bedroom (Queen) with TV
*Bedroom with a bunk bed (one twin, one full) with TV
*Full bathroom with shower (no tub).
-SECOND FLOOR: (Caution, steep stairs)
*Bedroom with a small office/desk as well as one (Queen) bed and TV. The second bedroom has two (Queen) beds.
-BASEMENT:
Washer and Dryer (Caution: Steep, Uneven Steps)

This is a total of 4 queen beds and 2 full beds, with one bath.
