A coastal chic waterfront retreat in beautiful Hernando Beach designed for relaxation, fun, and unforgettable memories. This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home sits directly on the water and offers the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment. Unwind in the hot tub, launch one of the 5 kayaks or paddle boards from your backyard, or enjoy evening grilling on the BBQ, gathering around the fire pit, and soaking in Florida's laid back coastal vibes. Inside and out, there's something for everyone with ping pong, foosball, a home gym and lots of games. There are 2 screened in patios ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails without any bugs. The home comfortably sleeps 12 and is pet friendly with a fully fenced back yard, so your furry family members are welcome too. Whether you're here to relax on the water, explore the beautiful parks and local restaurants around Hernando Beach, or simply enjoy quality time together, The Blue Marlin is the perfect home base for your coastal getaway. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please cover the hot tub and set temperature to 100 degrees.
Pick up pet waste from the yard. (Bags are located on the fence by the fire pit)
Please remember to turn off propane under the girl and fire table.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only registered guests and pre-approved pets are permitted on the property. Unauthorized guests or animals will result in a $500 fine per violation.
Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. By choosing to use the hot tub, guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for safe use.

The Blue Marlin was the perfect getaway for our two families to unwind together. From board games and ping pong to fishing off the dock, there were so many options that kept our group entertained. Plus, the location near the beach and natural springs is a bonus. We would love to come back!

This was a fantastic rental home. It was clean and well stocked. It was great as a jumping off point for a day trip or just hanging around the house. It had 5 kayaks and 2 paddle boards to explore the canals. It had so many fun games in the basement area to keep my older kids entertained. We will be back!

I have never seen a house that had so many amenities that catered to every age. Fur babies are not left out on this one pretty much everything you would need for them also. The houses has a clean smell and is well maintained. In side has a beach vibes with colors that are relaxing and enjoyable. The water was calm and refreshing. I would definitely rent this house again, it is worth every dollar. 100% recommended 5 stars

Everything about this beach house was wonderful! It is all that is pictured and more! Very clean and well thought out. Has everything you could need. All of the amenities were a huge plus. Kimberlee made us feel at home with all welcoming messages and it was so welcoming to our dog as well. Had everything he would need also- dog bed and blankets, bowls, toys etc. We will absolutely be returning!! One of the most relaxing enjoyable family vacations ever! Thank you!!

The host was amazing and the number of amenities at the home was a huge plus. They thought of everything from fishing poles, to towels ready to go next to the hot tub, to coffee maker essentials, and to my surprise even a hair dryer with a diffuser for the curly girls! They are open to feed back on improvement and kind and attentive to your messages. Can't say enough good things
