This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home sits directly on the water and offers the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment. Unwind in the hot tub, launch one of the 7 kayaks or 4 paddle boards from your backyard, or enjoy evening grilling on the BBQ, gathering around the fire pit, and soaking in Florida's laid back coastal vibes. Inside and out, there's something for everyone with ping pong, foosball, a home gym and lots of games. There are 2 screened in patios ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails without any bugs. The home comfortably sleeps 12 and is pet friendly with a fully fenced back yard, so your furry family members are welcome too. Whether you're here to relax on the water, explore the beautiful parks and local restaurants around Hernando Beach, or simply enjoy quality time together, The Blue Marlin is the perfect home base for your coastal getaway. Please note: This is a newer stilt home built to meet Florida hurricane standards. The main living area is located on the second floor and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, dining area, living room, and laundry room. The lower level features the 4th bedroom, game room, garage, and a covered patio with the hot tub. Please be aware that there are three flights of stairs throughout the home, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please cover the hot tub.
Pick up pet waste from the yard. (Bags are located on the fence by the fire pit)
Please remember to turn off propane under the girl and fire table.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only registered guests and pre-approved pets are permitted on the property. Unauthorized guests or animals will result in a $500 fine per violation.
Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. By choosing to use the hot tub, guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for safe use.
