This gorgeous house is located right on the Ocean waters edge on a private peninsula jetting out into the Ocean with unobstructed 180 degree views of the Ocean. You are surround by wildlife that comes in by air or water to rest and retreat with you. You may see Dolphins, Manatee, Tarpon, Shark, Schools of fish, Great Blue Heron, Tropical birds of all kinds. Nowhere are you so close to everything yet so far away!

The John Pennenkamp coral reef is straight out from the house only 2 miles out. The location serves as a top sailing location for windsurfers, sailboats, and kite boarding. A nearby key attracts boaters to its sandy beach for picnics and parties. World class fishing and scuba diving just minutes from your private boat lagoon.

This house is located directly in front of John Penningkamp Underwater State Park. It is only two miles off shore to the largest coral reef in the USA. This is truly a water wonder place. To rent my house call me at 616-292-4366 We live in Michigan where the winters are brutal and getting a break from the cold winter was a thrill for us. We were fortunate enough to buy this lovely home on the Ocean, fix it up and have a little piece of Paradise!

Why they chose this property

When you stay there you will know the answer to this question. One of kind MILLION DOLLAR VIEW with no obstructions. You can see another dock or house or anything man made when your sitting by the pool. When your in the living room you feel like your on a cruse ship because you can't see land from the inside of the house! Your surrounded by water on three sides.

What makes this property unique

The house sets out on a small private point of land that jets out into the Ocean. Your near everything but you feel like your on a private island.
