Beautiful one bedroom apartments, clean, quiet, and three blocks to Retro row where there are restaurants, shops, theater, Salons, and much more! We also welcome pets! If we are available we have taken many of our guests on local hikes. There is a bike trail along the beach which leads you to Shoreline Village and Belmont Shore shops, kayaking, sailing and ferries to Catalina Island.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

I love to hike! We backpack regularly locally and state wide. If you need recommendations for surfing, hiking, sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, sun bathing, harbor tours, back packing, camping, mountain biking, skiing, foraging, and locations to hike with your dog we have explored our state since 1969! How about wine tasting? ask us and we most likely will have a recommendation!

Why they chose this property

Our property is in a great location in Long Beach/Southern California coastal life!
We are walking distance to many outdoor activities as well as shops, restaurants, sports/wine bars, theater, yoga on the bluffs/beach, basketball/tennis/racketball courts and bike trails. We are located in the historic district of Rose Parks/Retro row. Once a month we have offer BBQ to all tenants.

What makes this property unique

We offer dog walking, grooming and also do packed lunches for the beach (Prices vary).
Some of our guests have also enjoyed joining us for outdoor music and wine during the summer at Marine Stadium where we offer a picnic table with grilled meats and vegetables. Last year we took a couple scuba diving/snorkeling in Laguna Beach. (prices vary depending on what is available).
