Welcome to Tiffany House! This 900 sq ft condo features a modern open-concept layout, 650 sq ft oversized balcony, and the perfect work from home station with dedicated desk, fast WiFi, and extra monitor.

You’ll be located just one block from the beach, steps away from the Intracoastal, walking distance to many restaurants and a 7 minute Uber from the shops, restaurants and nightlife on Las Olas Blvd.

This modern condo offers a complete package of resort style amenities including 2 rooftop pools, fitness center, 24 hour security, gym, movie theater, sauna, and club house.

The Space:
Complete luxury from top to bottom. Large open concept living/dining room with large floor to ceiling windows that provide tons of sunlight. Fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances and everything that you’d need to create your favorite home cooked meal.

Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom to connect to Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime Video.

Large outdoor balcony with loungers, pub table, and fire pit with Adirondack chairs for your private enjoyment.

Bedroom has a king sized bed and spa-like bath to complete the unit.

Full size washer and dryer on site for guests to use at no extra charge.

CHECK-IN:
For all guests staying at the condominium, the association requires guests to submit a copy of their government issued ID and complete a transient registration form before arrival. This registration form will include guest information, vehicle registration document, and an acknowledgment of the condo associations rules & regulations.

**Please note that we will need this completed at a minimum of 72 hours prior to check in to send over to the condominium.

Great place and location; would stay again.

I have stayed at multiple places in Central Beach (Ritz Carlton, the W, Atlantic, etc), and would definitely choose this rental again. It was a very spacious 1 bedroom; the staff was extremely helpful; and the location was great.

In my free time, I enjoy reading and can beat anybody in a Harry Potter trivia challenge. (I've read the entire series over 8 times).
