Walking distance to the Four Diamond Historic Wigwam golf resort and several excellent restaurants. This is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Litchfield Park. All bedrooms comfortably furnished with new linens, pillows and bed coverings. Smart TV's in every bedroom. Enjoy the Master suite that has a private sitting area complete with Keurig, mini fridge, yoga equipment and walk-in shower. Kitchen is fully equipped to handle preparing the tastiest of meals and has another Keurig. Outdoor patio with BBQ. Parking located on the property. Community Outdoor pool and hot tub a short walk away .
Five minute drive to 4 designated pickleball courts, drop-ins are always a good challenge here. There are local parks just a short walk away with large manicured grass areas, basketball court and play ground. Minutes away from two of newest Cactus league spring training facilities, Desert Diamond Casino , State Farm Cardinals stadium a/ Gila River Arena and for the shoppers -Tanger outlets at West Gate entertainment district.
