Beautiful One Level Home with separate Guest House and pool in the exclusive Litchfield Park. The home is 7 miles from the Superbowl location and 5 miles from one of many Spring Training facilities. Shopping and casinos are nearby, as well. Dine and golf at the Wigwam Resort less then a mile away. Bars and restaurants line the quaint city of Litchfield Park along Old Litchfield Road. This home has 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms plus a game in the main. house and a separate guest house with one bedroom, family room and bathroom. 4 TVs in the main house and 3 more in the guest house. The backyard has a pool and two fireplaces to relax and enjoy the Arizona weather. Steps away from a fully equipped park featuring basketball, sand volleyball, play area, soccer field, and more.

Wonderful property!

The house is very big and beautiful and the location was perfect for us. Easy access to the football stadium with little to no traffic issues. Very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen and bathrooms are very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved having the outdoor griddle for fixing breakfast. The pool is very nice, water very cold for us. Lots of outdoor seating, though. The host was very responsive to all of my questions. The listing stated a queen and two twins in the guest house, but the twins are actually blow up mattress. We were a little confused by that, but it all worked out. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property.
