Excellent communication and location. The home was perfect for a family of six. We do find some debris/hair on the floor and debris on the table that the cleaning staff must have overlooked; however, the views and inviting nature of the home made up of that. The location could not have been better. We really enjoyed our stay!

There is no beach access. It is a 15 minute walk. Not ideal with small children. As long as you are aware then you will be prepared. Needs a deep cleaning. Very dusty. Lights over island i had to clean, vent and ceiling fan dropped dust. Pool very clean.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tropical Punch! The location was perfect. We enjoyed beautiful ocean views from the back deck, and the beach was only a three-minute walk away. Every afternoon was spent relaxing in the pool, which was a highlight of our trip.The house was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed, including cookware, spices, and other kitchen essentials. We also appreciated the layout of the home. Friends joined us for a couple of days and stayed on the first floor while we enjoyed the master suite upstairs, giving everyone plenty of privacy and space.One small suggestion would be to add a vacuum. The house only had a broom, and while we did our best to keep the sand outside, it is inevitable when you're spending time at the beach. A vacuum would make it easier for guests who like to tidy up during their stay.We loved the quiet street and peaceful atmosphere and truly couldn't have asked for a better week. We highly recommend Tropical Punch and would gladly stay here again!

Perfect spot

Sandy Claws was the perfect place for our family vacation. It is super close to the beach but the private pool was a hit for our kids and grown ups alike! There is ample space for everyone and more than enough porch views! The kitchen needs a few more cookware items to be efficient. There is also construction going on next door, they didn’t begin before 8am but was loud if out by the pool. Overall, it was a fabulous stay!
