This condo complex was perfect for my sister and I for a girls trip. It's right on the beach, with a pool. We didn't swim there because of the sargassum, but that's just part of life there during certain times. I loved the location, between West Bay and the north and east side. It made exploring the island easier. I would highly recommend this place.

Host was quick to respond, friendly and helpful. The house has everything you need and was exactly as expected. Loved not having a big manual of things to clean before checking out. The only very minor issue I had, and it is really a personal preference/issue, was the lighting in the bathrooms. The shower and vanity lights are different colors and not very bright, this made it hard for my old, bad eyes to struggle. The beach was stinky and covered in sargassum, but otherwise beautiful, while we were there, but this is a seasonal issue and not any fault of the owners. In fact, two weeks prior to our arrival it was completely clean and clear. There is not much in the way of shopping or eating in the immediate area, although there are a couple of small spots and you can have food delivered from the surrounding towns. Otherwise, it took us 20-15 minutes to get to the surrounding areas and activities, not a bad drive. Would absolutely stay here again, just at a different time of the year!

I will start by saying the condo it self is amazing and then the view of the ocean behind you along with the location made me not want to leave i absolutely love this place. Thank you for allowing us to spend the weekend in your home.

The condo has been beautifully refreshed and is well appointed. We love the peace and quiet of the location away from the crowds of 7 mile. Can’t beat the pool just outside and the amazing snorkeling steps from our door. This was our second time staying in Seabreeze. You do need a car to explore the island but that’s part of the fun.

Cayman Islands vacation

We enjoyed this location. The pool was refreshing after a morning of site seeing. This location is convenient to both sides of the island. The host is very responsive to questions.

First of all the view in the place is absolutely stunning. Disney is breathtaking we got some amazing pictures.The host provides literally everything you need for the water. The place was incredibly clean as well, No issues . I 10/10 reccomend booking here

Lovely, quiet spot for vacay

We enjoyed our stay in Livia’s condo - it was exactly as pictured, well appointed, and very clean. We loved the pool overlooking the beach/ocean. It was quiet and had easy access to grocery and liquor stores too. Livia was a wonderful host - she answered our questions in a super timely manner and we had no issues to speak of while staying at her property. A great place to enjoy Grand Cayman!
