Home has a spacious open floor plan with large windows and vaulted wood ceilings for that true mountain chalet feel. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus open loft. Modern gas fireplace and gourmet kitchen, with wrap-around deck. Large parking area available able to accommodate large vehicles, trailers, and RVs.

Located in a quiet mountain neighborhood with beautiful greenbelts of majestic pine trees and wildlife throughout. 10 min walk to charming downtown Graeagle, 5 beautiful golf courses within 15 min drive, one within 10 min walk. Incredible hiking, snowshoeing, and alpine lakes within 15 min drive. Large network of trails for snowmobiles or UTV/ATV within a 20 min drive.
