The property was nice, well furnished, the TV was an ongoing problem. Sometimes it worked sometimes it did not. A fine house for a week or weekend in the mountains.

Some in our group stayed at this property in 2024 and again in 2025. The beds are comfortable with good bedding, the furniture is relatively new and in good shape, the kitchen appliances are all very new and modern. The deck furniture and very nice with plenty of umbrellas for shade. I would rent here again.The house is great but the lake outside needs maintenance badly! The lake front and shorelines are full of overgrown tulles, willow trees and bushes. In some locations you cannot see the lake. The water is barely visible through the thick algae and lake weeds. The lawns and landscaping around the whole complex of homes have been let go and are not being watered. The lawns look dead and dying, the vegetation is bone dry. I am sure this is not an individual homeowner issue as much as it is an HOA issue. But the homeowners need the HOA to take action soon otherwise this complex will not be a desirable location as a rental property.All that being said I would rent here again under the assumption that the surrounding landscaping and lake conditions will improve.

I think the main question anyone should have about any property they stay in is would I stay there again? The answer for this place is easy: YES! Very nice (dated, but clean) townhouse overlooking a pond on the PP Golf course. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure in the showers. Easy layout and very quiet. I felt totally safe. Seems like a lot of second homes in the neighborhood. The host (Chelsea) was very nice and accommodating. I recommend you booking this place. If you do, bring bug spray if you're sitting outside! 10 stars

Nice villa with great view of the pond behind Hole #8 green. Nice new appliances in the kitchen and well stocked with everything we needed. Bathrooms could use some upgrading, and we started to run low on toilet paper, but we managed. We would definitely rent this unit again.
