Come relax in this quiet, family-oriented complex and have everything you need for the ultimate Emerald Coast vacation!

Gulfview Condominiums is a complex of vacation rentals just across the street from Miramar Beach. Featuring 200 feet of private beach, a seasonally heated pool, a jacuzzi, and a BBQ grilling area, all surrounded by immaculate landscaping, this complex fits the bill. Enjoy the convenience of coin-operated laundry facilities located on the ground floor. Gulfview is within walking distance of Kenny D's, Pompano Joe's, and Captain Dave's restaurants, and close to 5 miles of biking/walking trails. There is no elevator at this property.

Just 3 miles away is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great location but very dirty

The location was nice but, when we got there it didn’t seem like they cleaned the place at all from the last guest. There was still macaroni and cheese all over the table and counters, the floors and couches were covered with sand. There were red stains on floors as well. The sheets provided had blood stains on them, we had to go out and buy new bedding to feel comfortable. There were also ants in kitchen. You couldn’t leave anything out or it would be covered with them. I tried to text pictures to the number provided but never got a response.

Great location

Location is fantastic & as advertised. Quiet and great view of the ocean. Pool was clean, and it was nice to have the outdoor rinse station when coming back from the beach. Furniture & beds are very comfy. I was also really happy to be given a chance for early check-in. But the unit was not clean - I moved a wooden lazy susan that was on the kitchen counter and ants came out everywhere. We were killing them for the remainder of the trip. There was an article of clothing left in one of the bedrooms, under the edge of the dresser. It was visible as soon as I walked in, so not sure how the cleaners missed it. There was mold/mildew in several drinking cups and dirty plates. The ceiling was in need of patching/repair, and a lot of the furniture had stains, marks on the walls, etc. The unit could use a fresh coat of paint & some basic maintenance, to take it to 5 stars.
