Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours 9pm to 8am daily. Water plants 2x per week. If you can't water the plants then this is not the house for you.

Convenient Location and Comfortable Condo

As this was our second extended stay, we knew what to expect and thoroughly enjoyed the location and amenities of the condo. The location is within walking distance of shopping and a paved trail, and we again enjoyed the balcony, grill, natural light, and quietness of the condo.

Wonderful Place

Very nice neighborhood. The home is very well appointed, high end appliances and electrics. Furniture is high-end and comfortable. Hosts checked in occasionally to see if we needed anything. Being able to park in the garage and having access to the community pool are nice perks too. Would highly recommend.

Home-Away-From-Home Condo!

The condo had everything you could ask for in a home away from home (we stayed for 3 months), was well maintained, and was immaculate. The main living area felt very spacious because it had a lot of natural light and vaulted ceilings.The location was close to shopping, restaurants, etc., but it was in a quiet, safe neighborhood suitable for walking. The property manager was thorough and timely with property information.

Why they chose this property

This is the third home we’ve owned in Hamilton Place. It’s a quiet and well established neighbored that’s close to the airport, downtown, and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Convenient location to all of Silicon Valley and walking distance to bother Willow Glen and downtown Campbel. Pools and tennis courts as well as a wonderful 1/2 mile circle and access to the Los Gatos trail.
