The total rental amount is due upon booking the reservation. There is a 13% tax, one-time post-visit cleaning fee of $185.00 (cleaning services can be arranged as often as you’d like for an additional fee), and Beachplace application fee of $165.00.

PLEASE NOTE: RATES LISTED ON CALENDAR ARE MONTHLY RATES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY ANY BOOKING THAT BEGINS OR ENDS IN THE MIDDLE OF A CALENDAR MONTH.
