Hi, Robert! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with us! It was a pleasure hosting your stay and look forward to being part of many more. Unfortunately, it is City Ordinance to do a face to face check-in. We are working with city officials in effort to make the check-in process more convenient for everyone. Thank you for staying with us. We hope you understand and this doesn't prohibit you from returning to us in the near future. Thank you, Big Bear Cool Cabins
