Enjoy your stay at the Pines on Lake Ann! Beautiful lake views from the private deck. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Close to golf courses and hiking trails. Only 15 to 20 minutes to Bentonville and Rogers.

The Space:
It has a private entrance and when renting the space, no one else will be renting the main lower level. The owners live above but you shouldn't hear much noise.
The Studio has a fully stocked new kitchen and full private bath. The twin beds can be separate or put together to make a king size bed. Perfect set up for one or two people or a couple. Please let us know your preference.

Spend your day biking, hiking, or golfing and end the day relaxing and enjoying the gorgeous lake view. Traeger or propane grill included if you want to cook out. Note: There is no hot tub on the property or swimming.

Upon arriving there is a 2 car tandem parking pad to the left of the main driveway where guests can park. To the right of the home, stairs lead down to the lower deck entrance. We will text you the day before to give you the code and any additional information.
