As a property manager I have no idea why this guest would assume I felt he was a burden. I showed up at the house at 8pm on a Friday night to ensure the pool heater was operational despite the fact that he didn’t pay the pool heating fee at all and needed to be prompted to make his final payment for the house right up until hours before he was due to check in. I go above and beyond to make every guest happy and ensure their stay is as wonderful as it possibly can be.

This guests 4 star review is a clear example of "You cannot please everyone all the time, no matter how hard you try!" This guest had his wedding with approximately 60 guests (with permission) and paid a meager $495 party fee to do it as we never want cost to be a barrier to a guest enjoying their important moments in time. We even allowed him to extend his stay for a small portion of what the cost WOULD HAVE BEEN and there were seemingly never any type of issues whatsoever. At the end of the stay, this guest had an inordinate amount of additional trash (as Im sure you can imagine after just throwing a wedding) and was asked to take that trash with him as the property didn't have the ability to dispose of that volume of trash. Its important to note, this guest lived locally and needed a larger property to throw a wedding at without paying obscene costs to a normal wedding venue so taking his trash to a bin was not an incredible imposition, after all, he was only charged $495 for the party and no additional cleaning or wear and tear fees. I never received ANY communication from the guest of any issues whatsoever and on the absolute last day that a review can be left, I received a 4 star rating instead of the perfect 5 stars that deserved AND that EVERY guest has ever left on all STR platforms have left. I would love to know how I could have done better but as I mentioned, I never had any communication whatsoever from this guest in regards to any type of negative experience.
