Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

For the price, the property was decent. The carpeting and furniture could use updating, but the place was fairly clean. The listing photo showed a full sofa, yet the unit had a small couch instead.

There are food preparation items in the place, no cups, plates,nothing! So if you plan to save yourself some money by thinking you can cook anything other than microwaveable things you are SOL!! I mean if you want to go buy pots and pans be my guest. Also the exchange of towels and washcloths is a bit extreme, the lady that was in there spoke no English and thankfully there was a person around who did. We also saw what appeared to be cockroaches in there(kitchen and bathroom) and messaged the host, and was told that they were gonna have maintenance come in, but im not sure that was done. Also if you run out of toilet paper after 5pm be warned you may have to find alternative solutions.

The apartment itself was great. We only needed to stay one night after a cruise. However, I would not stay here long term. Our room slept 6 and we had 4 knifes, 2 forks and 3 spoons. The pool was okay, but everyone got there at 9:30 when the pool opened to drop towels and went back to sleep. The umbrellas, tables/chairs and cabanas looked very aged (not worth 350) , the pool area could use a good power wash. We did eat at the tropical lounge and it was fast and good ! This hotel/apartment has good potential, but needs work.

This property was not accurate from listing, they said it had tennis courts and it has pickleball, the place was not clean, sheets/towels were stained and communication was poor, cockroach in bathroom, kitchen not adequate for cooking, carpets were all stained everywhere place was very bad, would never tell someone to stay here. Luckily VRBO came thru and we were able to be accommodated elsewhere because this was not a place to stay.

Great location, staff and unit. Stayed for over a month and had no issues. Only downsides were no pots and pans, loud AC unit, no sun on the balcony, and slow elevators. Overall great place to stay and clean unit.

Over all this was a good place to stay. Great access to the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean. The room was overall clean.However did not have a lot of amenities you may be used to in a hotel. While I was there, there was no restaurant on the premises thatwas open, which was not communicated to me in advance and was a big inconvenience.to go somewhere else. Which was enient.

Seacoast did an awesome job of taking care of my group and others I knew in the building. The beach access is awesome as well as the entire outdoor pool area. Checking in and out was easy. The views are great. My only knock is the fitness center. None of the cardio machines work, the weights were very dated and the entire room in general is unorganized.

The condo is nothing what the images provided. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to booking. Very disappointing, it felt very dirty, the towels all stained, floors wet, stains on the couch, and seats, bathroom vanity falling apart. Sliding door lock broken. This unit needs work! Random pieces of silverware not even a complete set. Would not recommend.

It was “fine” for what we needed for this trip—just sleep for 2 nights. But if this was a different stay:Low level amenities. 3 drink glasses, no plates, no cookware.Bathrooms had mismatched towels. Shower nowhere to put soap, razor, shampoo. Furniture and decoration minimal and dated.Location, beach and pool were great for our stay.We arrived 40 minutes before the 4:00 check-in and were denied access until 4:00. I have no faith that the apartment was “not ready”- just strict adherence to an unnecessary policy.

Short getaway

The location is right on point, the size was perfect, 2bed rm 2 bath condo. The condo in which we stayed was run down, paint was peeling of the bathroom wall, the carpet in the bedrooms was disgusting, floor was uneven the entire unit has been painted over and over without any detail to patches made, so it looked awful, beds were uncomfortable, very squeaky. The location was perfect, pool was ok. Beach was amazing so you have to take the good with the bad and decide. The price was not cheap nor expensive. The staff was very nice, attentive. Very cordial and respectful.

Inaccurate listing. Not the same unit as displayed. Doors that did not shut, lights that did not work, filthy with water rings on the side tables, and a leaky toilet. We were shown another unit and that one had NO TVs and also needed multiple repairs. The receptionist was very nice and refunded my deposit and parking cost and the host did refund my money with no issues but overall disappointed in the misleading ad that wasted our time in Miami.
