OCEAN DRIVE BEACH PAD

The Barbizon has long been one of the best Hotel Alternatives in South Beach and is perfectly located between 5th and 6th Street, right on Ocean Drive.

Spacious and one of the largest Studio Floor Plans in the building.

One of the QUIETEST apartments on Ocean Drive.

Out the front door are the many restaurants, bars and people watching that makes South Beach one of the most desirable places to visit in the World. And just across the street is South Beach itself.

The Building itself is very well maintained, clean and secure. Coin operated Washer and Dryer are available on each floor; and a Receptionist is available during the day Monday through Friday.

The Studio is on the second floor at the back of the building. It is quiet and bright, with a view to the West, blue skies and a few small shops on 6th Street. And with its location toward the corner of 6th Street, it is also private, so guests can leave the Curtains open and not have to be concerned with neighbors looking in to the Unit.

The Studio includes free WiFi, Cable TV, Cd/iPod/Radio, and all the small things that make a trip from home more comfortable-Iron/Ironing Board, Hair a Full Kitchen with all the basic Appliances-Refrigerator, Oven/Stove, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Kettle, Toaster, Dishes, Cups, Utensils, etc.

There is 1 Queen Bed, 1 Sofa Bed and a Single Cot is available.

Location was perfect. At the Ocean Drive just a few steps to the beaches. We had an Apartment on the backside of the building. It was very quiet during the night. Within a half a mile you can find everything you need. The accommodation was clean, the room is well equipped to prepare breakfast/lunch.Very easy and quick communication with our host Lee.

Alejandro was more than attentive and even allowed us to stored the luggage for some time after official checkout. Met us at the unit and made the process super easy. It was so close to the beach! Easy to get in & out. Had extra beach gear on hand! Truly wonderful. We made life long memories staying here :) We had everything we needed except for an extra blanket, that for some reason wasn’t given to us upon request which I thought was weird hospitality. The pull out couch bed is a single person/not comfortable for 2.
