This was the perfect getaway for our family to enjoy Florida. Everything was as listed, and Ray was very responsive when we had any questions or needed anything. Being from the Midwest, we absolutely love getting to Florida and we will definitely be reaching out to Ray again on our next trip.

Perfect Getaway

This house and location were perfect for me and my family to enjoy the area. Closest to several fine restaurants and even a farmers market in Cape Coral that we attended on Saturday. Ray was responsive to all of our questions and needs during the trip and even recommended some great beaches for us to spend some time at! Bowman Beach was our favorite. We will definitely be reaching out to Ray next year when we make a return trip back to Floridal

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have such a beautiful pool and clean home. The host was very responsive and we appreciated his quick communication especially when the sliding door didn’t work - he had it fixed in an hour! The area is fine but need to drive everywhere.

Nice weeklong stay

We were pretty happy with the house. The floor is quite slippery when coming in from the pool. The supplied towels and dishes and cookware were above expectations. They had everything you could need. The pool is very nice.

The house was super clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. Our group of ten enjoyed the outdoor set up with fire pit table and the outside seating. The heated pool and spa was amazing. We would recommend! The Host was friendly, helpful and quick to communicate.

Great stay with kids to escape cold Midwest

We had such a fun week here! The pool was amazing, we paid the fee to have it heated and the kids swam multiple times a day for hours! They loved when the iguanas were out down by the seawall basking in the sun. We had an infant with us and the mini crib and baby bath seat provided were so nice to have!! This location is great too, close to many great parks and playgrounds that Cape Coral has to offer. Ray is a fantastic host, thank you!!!.

Perfect place for your family

Communication started almost immediately after we booked. Everything went well and the stay was almost perfect. The only real hiccup was om my end for not reading the supplied information on how to operate tje jacuzzi amd pool. Ray walked me through it and everything worked great. Plenty of everything top host and cook at the house. Thanks for a great stay.

Fantastic Family Fun

First of all, Ray (the property owner) is beyond exceptional. Incredibly quick, helpful, friendly and efficiently effective responses. The house was perfect (more than we needed, actually) for our family of 5. Kiddos LOVED the pool area (hot tub totally rocked!) and bunk beds. Everything was convenient, well laid out, organized, easy to use and clean. Beds were comfy and cozy within a very sleep-inviting environment. Love that the toilets were private from the rest of the bathrooms. Hurricane Ian has really left a sad mark on this community, but they are rebuilding beautifully. Could have stayed much more than a week… it really was fantabulous!

We are your typical active duty family! We've traveled a bunch. We've lived in more places than we could count, and we purposefully get lost just for the fun of it (kinda). As your hosts, our family has one goal; to create a dream getaway for every guest, every time!

Why they chose this property

Beautiful brand new 4 bedroom 2 bathroom one-level home on a large canal! Luxury tile and wide plank wood flooring throughout home.

In the master bedroom you’ll sleep in a comfortable King bed, have a Smart TV to watch your media of choice, large walk in closet to store your belongings, a private bathroom, and a large sliding door leading out to the patio and heated saltwater swimming pool and spa. We know how precious time is with loved ones, with that in mind when you stay here you will experience an open-floor plan in main living area where everyone can enjoy each others company no matter if you’re relaxing on the leather sectional sofa or watching the Smart TV, cooking in the kitchen or eating in the dining room.

In the spacious kitchen, You’ll be able to cook using the full-size appliances and all the cookware you’ll need for preparing amazing meals. There is a bartender kit for mixing your favorite drinks to enjoy by the pool as well. When you arrive you will have an attached three car garage to conveniently park in, that also connects to the laundry room with large Maytag appliances.

If you’re traveling with children, included in your stay is a mini crib, a pack n’ play with sheets and blankets, booster high chair seat, kid-friendly eating utensils, books, some pool toys, and baby safety gate for indoor use and a large child safety fence around swimming pool if needed.

For your enjoyment, there is a grill, outdoor dining table and lounge area with a glass fire pit, conversation set, sun chairs in the pool, and a beautiful view of the canal. There are beach accessories including towels and chairs in the garage if you go to the ocean.

Here you’ll comfortably sleep 11 guests.
The master bedroom has a King bed, the second and third bedrooms have one queen bed each, and the fourth bedroom has two bunk beds with three single beds and one full-size bed for the kids and adults as well.

You will feel the warmth throughout this light-filled spacious home in any room you are in. You will be located in a safe and quiet neighborhood that is also close to local attractions, restaurants, a short drive to Cape Coral Yacht club community Park Beach, Sanibel Island, and Fort Myers Beach. Also, nearby is great shopping, grocery stores like Farmer Joe’s Fresh Market, Target, restaurants, championship golf courses, lots of activities, attractions, sightseeing, boat jetski kayak rentals, and a fun water park just down the road.
