Located just outside city limits. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful 8 acre working homestead.

This a working homestead. We have chickens, rabbits and goats. In the morning, you may hear the crow of Junior or Roo. They are the resident roosters.

All animals are confined to their own areas.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place used towels, etc in the laundry basket located in the master bedroom closet.
All garbage must be placed in a garbage bag per our garbage service contract.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
* We are a working homestead and ask that you respect our grounds and animals. * Animal and garden area areas are off limits.
* We ask that you don't flush anything other than the provided septic safe toilet paper. Please don't flush wipes, feminine hygiene items, etc.
* Smoking, of any kind, in the home will result in a $250 additional cleaning fee.

If you need a home to stay when traveling, M&M Meadows is the place. It’s spacious, clean, quiet, cozy, and the hosts are great. They welcome you and they make sure that you are comfortable at M&M Meadows. Next time I visit my family in Paris, I will consider M&M Meadows to be the place for me and my husband to stay. Wonderful!

This rental was very clean, very well stocked and had extra little touches that made our stay more comfortable. We enjoyed meeting Mark; he responded quickly to any questions. The location was perfect, very close to town but seemed like being in the country. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay there again when in Paris.

Amazing stay

One of the best rentals I’ve stayed in so far. Very clean beautiful, modern decor. Extra special little touches. Very convenient to Paris an a 20 minute drive to Bethel University. Mark the property owner was very nice an available for any of our needs. Highly recommend if your coming to the area.

Country living with all the convinces

This was our second time staying with M&M Meadows. This home is very comfortable, clean and in the perfect location for our visit to Tennessee. This home has a lovely rural setting, but not too far from civilization. Very clean and modern, it has a new home feel. The hosts were both welcoming and interesting. I would recommend this listing to anyone wanting to visit Paris.
