This house and the neighborhood are both comfortable and inviting. The scenery is breathtaking and the host was very accommodating! 10/10 would highly recommend!
Check-in process was extremely simple. Communicating with the host was excellent. Yard needed maintained and some minor issues in the house itself but was an overall great place to sleep and unwind in the hot tub.
The house was supplied with everything you could possibly need, even baby/toddler items! The lighting inside/outside the home was terrible. Some of the light switches didn’t work or you didn’t know what it was turning on.
Our family stay at the Treehouse was a great start to our Rocky Mountain vacation. The house was cozy and fully stocked with all kitchen amenities. The hot tub was perfect for the evening after long hikes!
Had a wonderful time at the treehouse. Hot tub was the perfect place to relax to after a day of hiking. Cabin had all of the conveniences you could think of, esp plenty of towels which is such a bonus! Only downside is that it was not quite as secluded as I had envisioned, but it was never really a problem for us.

Great Stay
Nice place lots of rooms for a big family - Smoking policy is not upfront and cleaning policy is almost impossible to do while trying to get out the door to catch a flight

Our smoking policy is posted that there is no smoking anywhere in or near the home. Our cleaning requests are standard to most vacation rentals of loading the dishwasher, stripping used beds, taking out the trash and starting one load of laundry. These are necessary in order for us to have time to get the home reasy our next guests and are also listed in the description of the home.
Our family of eight (three generations ranging in age from 2 to 65) enjoyed our week long vacation. The home had everything that we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is on a large forested lot.
The property fit our family well. We were on the warmer side in the house and grateful for the fans in the rooms. We got to see wildlife and thought it was a beautiful area. All in all a great stay!
Great location for private cozy time with a few days of beautiful snow! Good winter road plowing in the area. It was close to stores, restaurants and trails. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the fresh winter air! We had a delightful time of relaxation and attending a conference at Charis School.
The treehouse was a wonderful place. We came in from California and also had family in the neighborhood from Ohio. The treehouse was the perfect place to stay. It was a beautiful place and had everything we needed for the stay. The rooms were great sized and the kitchen had everything you would need. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Thank you for the great review! You are welcome back anytime.
Selected this home for a long weekend getaway/graduation. Enjoyed being in the mountain but still close to town. Took time to visit other small towns in the area. Very clean and quiet. Plenty of beds/rooms for a party of 7. Even had the pleasure of a few deer dining in the front yard early in the morning where we enjoyed the view from the deck. Location had a hot tub but we just didn’t have time to enjoy that amenity. Would definitely recommend!
The area and cabin were amazingly peaceful! Wildlife like deer and fox came to our cabin daily. The hot tub was perfect and clean and large enough to accommodate our family of 5. The living areas were cozy with the kitchen area opening up to the living area to make it nice to cook in and visit with everyone. The rooms were spacious and beds were soft. Location to store and dining super close!

We were envisioning a cozy, fully updated home, but this felt more like a cabin-style rental with some nice updates. The granite countertops, large TVs, well-stocked kitchen, and abundance of linens were appreciated. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and foosball table, and seeing deer on the property was a highlight. While some areas were not as clean as expected, the bigger issue seemed to be general upkeep rather than housekeeping alone. There was a musty smell that became stronger when the heat was on, visible dust in vents, and a few dated elements (such as the dishwasher) that would benefit from updating. The large volume of posted directions—many in all caps—and some outdated instructions also made the space feel less welcoming. This may suit families looking for a budget-friendly cabin, but removing the description “fully remodeled” would help better align future guests’ expectations.
Nice house. Relaxing hot tub. Could use a deep clean though. Very dusty, floors, headboard in guest bedroom, beams in ceiling. Sheets that stayed on the master bed would also be nice (i also noticed this comment from a previous guest and they were not lying). Overall enjoyed the stay.

I’m sorry if the cleaning company missed some of their dusting responsibilities. Vaulted ceilings can be difficult especially if they are doing a same day turn around but I will let them know to double check. All of our bedrooms have several different types of sheets that guests can access if they are not happy with the ones the on the bed.

Property was clean and nicely arranged with adequate kitchen and bath supplies. However there was no propane for the gas grill and after speaking with the owner I was told I had to purchase propane. I have not experienced that before since properties advertised with grills typically have propane. I also inquired about use of the wood stove and was told I couldn’t use it which was contradictory to the instructions from VRBO. Would not stay here again.

If you had read the full description, you would have seen that we do not provide propane. The reason being is that the fire pit can use a whole tank in one sitting. Our listing also states that the wood fireplaces are not to be used.
