Cozy Country Home. 5 minutes from Sunset Bay Beach!
Take it easy at our unique and tranquil getaway. It's true Country living. Our main water supply is from the earth (well water). We are 5 minutes from Sunset Bay and the famous Sunset Bay Beach Club/Cabana Sam’s beachfront restaurant/bar. We are also 8 minutes from Synder Beach. 2 minutes to Seneca Gaming & Entertainment Casino. 35 minutes from downtown Buffalo. 50 minutes from Niagara Falls. Several golf courses within an 8 mile radius. 2 minutes from Cattaraugus Creek for great fishing. Several wineries including Willow Creek Winery. We are located right off I90 exit 58.

Very nice place!
My family and I stayed here for 6 days and it was great. The accommodations were super convenient and appreciated. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. The water was the only issue - not sure if it wasn’t treated during our stay, but it even made showering unpleasant. Couldn’t even rinse fruit off or brush your teeth with the sink water. But there was filtered water from a big water dispenser that was provided and helpful. Overall - we loved our stay and would recommend!
