Relax at the beach with the whole family. Brand new home built in 2019 located on the end of a wooded cal-de-sac in the private and friendly Sawgrass community.

Two pools, gyms, and clubhouses along with basketball & tennis courts. Convenient to downtown Rehoboth and Lewes.

Convenient 10 minute drive to Lewes, Rehoboth, or Dewey. Halfway down route 1, you'll be within minutes of the best restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores at the beach.
