The property was a beautiful new build. Location was wonderful. We enjoyed that it was a quiet location but still had a lot of access to restaurants the beach shopping, etc. Angie was fantastic to deal with. I would highly recommend this property.

We were in town for my daughter's wedding on the beach about 15 minutes away. This was the perfect location and accommodations for us. Angie & Jeremy were great hosts. Everything you might need is available all the way down to beach chairs and towels. Would love to stay again.

Angie’s communication was outstanding! This home is beautifully decorated, impeccable clean and its location made it perfect for our family wedding at Baywood Greens. I researched many homes in this area for our family and kept coming back to Angie’s property. The neighborhood is wonderfully kept and the pool is right across the street from the home. The house was stocked with everything you would need to make your stay smooth and easy. I highly recommend staying at the Shorebird Getaway if you are looking for relaxing, enjoyable time with family and friends!

Everything you need is provided in this rental, including things you may not think about until you’re there! Home was very cozy.Located in a quiet community that is great for kids! The community pool is literally across the street - it was a hit for the kids! Ample space for a large family (we were a family of 12!). Recommendations provided were also spot-on! We will come back again for a DE beach trip!

The property is beautiful. It’s decorated so nicely & it smells wonderful. My family & I took pictures of the fragrances so we can purchase them. I could tell the owners truly have their guests in mind by the items available for usage like pots, pans, utensils, bug repellent, condiments, etc. My family & I stated that we will always stay here for any future trips to DE!!

Beautiful home!! Angie was so wonderful to work with and communication was great! She was able to answer all of our questions quickly. People in the neighborhood were very nice!! We loved the house and the game room as well as the patio. Excellent stay!! Would definitely stay again if in the area!!
