Top Deck Sunsets - Beach Club at AMI 3 by RVA

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, amenities, and staff very helpful. The unit furniture were very much not satisfactory and need to be replaced ASAP, there's no way that the condition of the table, chairs should be in any vacation rental, hair dryer was also broken (replaced asap by staff) and there was no chairs or umbrella for the beach in the apartment, the staff did give us an umbrella first one was broken that gave us, seemed like furniture was either end of season or owner did not care but size of apartment, location and amenites are great, if they can only update the furniture, also allot of nicks in the paint and the apartment needs to be painted it shows ware

Great location in room 3 in the front across the street from the beach. Comfortable bed, new couch, and very clean! Loved the landscaping outside my room. The flowers and trees were all in bloom. Offered beach umbrellas and lounge chairs and towels even a charcoal grill. Our room had a sitting area with a view of the beach across the sreet. We used the pool and spa and had it all to ourselves in the afternoon and late evening, even though the hotel was full. It was a wonderful stay. We would definitely book again.

Great place to stay.

This was a great place to stay. The inside was very clean. The beach was right across the street which was perfect. The place looks exactly as it is pictured online as well. We would definitely visit this place again. The staff was very nice.

Wonderful Getaway!
