Quiet Stay

This property is excellent to enjoy a quiet stay in a safe and inviting neighborhood. Quick access to the fairgrounds and to local grocery and supply shopping.

Great location and quiet neighborhood. Beds need upgraded and would be nice if kitchen had basic coffee, tea, and a few starter breakfast items.

Great family stay

We were looking for a place to sleep 7 during a family vacation and this property fit us easily, including having a large table to eat meals together. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood and was close to a number of things we planned to do while in Indianapolis. I had to contact Kevin with a question and he was very responsive and helpful.

The property is great! Everything you would need for 5 days. Washer and dryer are a plus! Very relaxing and plenty of space. Up to date and home like feel. This is our 2nd visit to this home and we will use it again. Thank you!

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired

It didn’t look like the place was cleaned throughly. There were toenail clippings in the bathroom, a blanket with a melted bandaid on it, excessive crumbs on one of the chairs, the rug looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while, and candy wrapped under the bed.

Great neighborhood!

Nephew's wedding! My two siblings, Sister-In-law, husband and I stayed here. We are all in our 60's and 70's. •Cleanliness- 3- 100% fixable. I don't if know property manager has eyes on the inside of who is cleaning, but the house really needs a deep clean, in addition to each stay swap out of towels and linens. A wash of bath mats in between stays is recommended and a must. Bathroom 1 walls, floor and baseboards are very dirty. Photo not shown in pictures. •Check-in process- 5- Prop Mang sent things in a very timely manner. May be 12+ hours until he responds, but he does respond and acts. We were able to enter an hour earlier which helped w wedding rehearsal readiness and travel time to location. •Accuracy of online listing- 3, I do not remember seeing bathroom 1 with all the streaks and dirt going down walls, baseboards and floor. Baseboards should be clean as of writing, as I used towel last day. •Communication w Property Manager- 4- Would encourage Prop Mang to check phone more often when guests in house OR shoot a text first evening, "Anything you need or that I may help with?" Our issue had to do w air conditioning not working. It was 83 degrees in house. First night was miserable, but found box fans. He did read messages next morning and fixed it. We understand, AC's breakdown, however no adjustments to our pre-paid fee were made or offered. •Location-5- Beautiful and quiet neighborhood close to Indy •Overall- 3.5
