Located just south of Scenic Highway 30A, this beautifully designed home offers panoramic Gulf views, immediate beach access, and a peaceful setting just steps from the community pool.

The first level opens to an inviting foyer and includes a comfortable guest queen bedroom, a custom bunk room with two built-in twin-over-twin bunk sets, a hall bathroom with a stone walk-in shower, and a convenient laundry room—ideal for families and beach-focused living.

On the second level, you'll find the main living space designed for gathering and entertaining. This level features a gulf-view dining area, an open-concept gathering room with direct access to a Gulf-view balcony, and a newly updated kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and two kitchen sinks, making meal prep easy for larger groups. A powder room is located just off the main living area for added convenience.

The third level is dedicated to rest and relaxation with two private master suites. One suite features a king bed and a private bathroom with an elegant stone shower and rainfall shower head. The ocean-view primary master suite offers a king bed, a cozy sitting area, a private bathroom with an oversized soaking tub, and a separate custom stone showerwith handheld shower head. Both suites enjoy serene Gulf views and privacy.

Throughout the home, guests will enjoy 65” QLED 4K Smart TVs in every room, offering high-speed FUBO streaming and Mediacom, ensuring comfort and entertainment for all.
Just outside, an enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold water makes rinsing off after the beach a pleasure.
