Palm Breeze

This home has a very nice floor plan and features new kitchen and baths. High end appliances and granite counter tops. Tile floors. New window and doors. Beautifully furnished with heated swimming pool and spacious patio.

Other things to note
The only other fee is the 5% county tourist tax on the rent amount. and the $14 per day pool heat November 1st until end of April, rentals during the year
