Long time friend reunion

We had a group of 8 ppl. 4 ppl stayed at the rental. We also had a svc dog and another dog. The house was clean and spacious. The owner was great. The yard fenced.

We are nearly empty nesters at this point so have more time now for things we enjoy like hiking, fishing, gardening, and other outdoor activities. Work: I am a Registered Nurse and work as an Infusion Nurse at Monument Health Hospital. Garth is a retired Court Services Officer.

Keyless Entry: Initial entry will by via the front door. Simply enter your assigned 4 digit code and listen for the deadbolt to disengage. Then you may open the door. The same code will work for you throughout your stay so that you do not have to carry a key.

To lock the front door as you leave, press the lock icon on the front side of the door after it's closed.

Garage Use: A remote opener is located just inside the front door by the banister railing for guest use.

Patio Door: Please remember to lock prior to leaving.

Linens: If fresh bath, kitchen, or bedding linens are needed during your stay, you are welcome to use the provided laundry detergent to wash and reuse the ones provided.

Supplies: The house is stocked with most essentials to make this a pleasant stay. For longer stays, items such as paper products, toiletries, or other consumable items may need to be replenished by the guest.

For Your Safety: There are some first aid items located in the upstairs bathroom, a fire extinguisher in the kitchen pantry, and smoke/CO2 detector installed in the home.

Pets: Do not leave unattended in the home unless kenneled. Please be sure to pick up any waste in the yard and dispose of in the outdoor trash bin prior to departure. Your responsible care of your pets while staying in our home will ensure that we can continue offering this amenity to future guests.
