This 3 bedroom 2 bath home sleeps 7 comfortably and is situated in the exclusive community of Harbor Hills in NW Bradenton. This cozy Florida home offers plenty of space to act as the hub of all your vacation adventures or as the spot for a relaxing family trip. The property is situated a short drive from the 59th St boat ramp as well as bridge fishing is available just a half block from the house! Located in a prime location in Bradenton you are also a short drive from local groceries, restaurants, and the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island!

When arriving at the property you will notice the well-maintained landscaping that gives off visions of summer year-round. With a paved driveway and gravel driveway there is plenty of room to park. There is also a gate with a 10ft opening that could easily park a truck with boat in-tow!

Walking in you will be greeted by a living room with plenty of seating and a smart TV to watch all your favorite shows and movies. To the right of this room, you will find the kitchen. In this kitchen, you can find all of the utensils and appliances that you would need to cook your favorite meals. Now going through the living room you will find the dining room. Here you can enjoy your meals at a table which fits 6 people.

When heading outside you will step right onto the pool deck which is surrounded by beautiful tropical flora. Also on the pool deck, you will find 2 lounge chairs, cushioned patio chairs, and pool/beach items that are available for your use.

Desoto Memorial Park offers nature trails along the bay offering stunning views of the famous Skyway Bridge. Robinson's Preserve which offers nature walking trails, a playground for the kids, and much more is located about 2 miles from the house as well. Looking to head to the beach? This home is located less than 3 miles from the Palma Sola Causeway and 6 miles from Anna Maria Island. Conveniently located close to Publix, and Starbucks, as well as a few local favorites like Joey Ds or Habeneros Mexican grill.

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
