You’re just 15 minutes from stunning beaches like Cortez, Coquina, Holmes, and Anna Maria. Sarasota Airport, IMG Academy, Lido Key, Longboat Key, art galleries, theaters, museums, Marie Selby Gardens, Marina Jacks, and more are all nearby. Disney World Orlando is only a 2-hour drive.
This cozy home is ideal for families, couples, or business travelers. It includes:
• Full kitchen with cooking utensils, salt, & seasoning
• Wi-Fi, workspace, central A/C & heating
• Ceiling fan, towels, washcloths, shampoo, iron, & hair dryer
• 75” Smart TV (no cable) for relaxing evenings
• Fully fenced private backyard with year-round jacuzzi
• Free on-site parking (2-car limit)
Enjoy peaceful mornings with coffee or unwind in the jacuzzi after a beach day. Just a block from Cortez Road with great dining and shops nearby.

• Garage is off-limits (used as a separate guesthouse)
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Please respect other guests on the property. Excessive noise may result in removal.

• Max 9 registered guests only; unauthorized visitors may result in cancellation without refund
• Early check-in / late check-out not available. • Lockbox code is sent the morning of arrival
• Travel insurance strongly recommended – no refunds outside cancellation policy

• The jacuzzi is for registered guests only.
• Use at your own risk. The host is not liable for injuries or accidents.
• No glass, food, or drinks are allowed in or near the jacuzzi.
• Do not use the jacuzzi under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.
• Please shower before entering the jacuzzi.
• Do not adjust temperature or control panel settings.
• Jacuzzi hours: 8 AM to 10 PM.
• A cleaning or damage fee may apply if there is excessive dirt, sand, or misuse.
• Failure to follow these rules may result in the loss of jacuzzi privileges and/or additional charges.
