This fantastic location is within walking distance to Portosueno Park, Rose Park and the Palma Sola Causeway Park and a 2 mile drive to Cortez Fishing Village. BRADENTON PUBLIC MARKET SATURDAYS 9AM-2PM located in Downtown Bradenton on Old Main Street 4th Ave W, 3rd Ave W. FREE TROLLEY ON Anna Maria Island Trolley runs from 6am-9pm. Front door has a Ring Bell with camera and a camera watching over the backyard dock. Garage not available to guest. Enjoy Palma Sola! No dogs permitted on the property.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash Collection Monday's 5:00AM please place trash bins at bottom of the driveway Sunday nights. Gray Trash Bin is for regular waste. Blue Bin is for Recycling Only.
Inside the shed in the back patio, you will find 6 beach chairs, 3 coolers, 1 beach umbrella, sand toys, charcoal grill, extra lounge chairs for the patio area.
The large closet on the first floor has a Pack n' Play, Baby Highchair and a Safety Gate to be used when on the second floor if a baby or toddler is part of the group.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking of any kind in the house. You may smoke outside in the patio. No pets permitted. Enjoy Palma Sola!

Short stay

It was a short stay, but quite deserved. The location is only minutes from the beach. The house has tons of extras. The beds slept comfortably. I’d stay here again.

A little bit of paradise!

Fantastic location, close to everything in a peaceful neighbourhood. Comfortable accommodation which was very clean. Any issues we had were addressed immediately. The only downside for us was the owner would not allow any deliveries to the house such as Amazon. We only found this out on the day of arrival and although she allowed one parcel we had already ordered we were not allowed anymore.
