Family Vacation

The house was very clean and spacious for 10 people. Owner was quick to respond. Nice neighborhood 15 minutes from Lido Beach and St Armand Circle.

Late Booking

We were late in booking a place to stay for our annual Spring Training trip to Sarasota. So beggars can't be chooser. In the past, we have stayed in a hotel. I think that we are all in agreement that a house was more enjoyable. Having said that, we could have used more beds and an additional bathroom for the eight of us. That is not your issue but ours because we were late booking the house. Also, the layout of the house presented a problem. One of the guys, missed a step and broke his wrist out by the pool, falling into the fence around the pool. Our host, Linda, was fabulous. She responded promptly to our messages and was very receptive to our wishes. We would not stay there again but we need to do a better job getting organized earlier. VRBO will be our first choice.

Excellent experience both with house and manager

House was in excellent condition, with many new equipment and finishes. Living/kitchen was very spacious and well organized. The heated pool, Foosball table and all the TVs were excellent to keep us entertained while we were in the home. The manager (Linda) was amazing and quick in both her responses and actions…both prior to and during our stay. Location is in a great spot, only 15 minutes max to IMG academy (we were there for a soccer showcase). We will definitely remember this property when we are in the area again.
