Watercrest Condominiums is situated on the Gulf of Mexico's dazzling sugar sand beaches, aptly called the most beautiful beaches in the world. Spend your days relaxing by the surf or at the pool then get ready for a night of family fun at innumerable local restaurants and attractions. This condo has just undergone a complete renovation and we are very excited to share it with you. You will have 1440 square foot of living space which includes a large master bedroom with a king size bed, private bath, and views through a large sliding glass door to the balcony. The second bedroom is a very large room with a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed. Great mattresses and linens complete these bedrooms. There are 2 reclining chairs in the living room! Super comfortable! The kitchen touts granite countertops, ceramic tile flooring, and all new appliances and fixtures. The living room has a very large sliding door set that allows a view of the ocean. A special feature of this floorplan is that part of the balcony is shaded during the day so you can enjoy the view without being directly in the sun if you choose and the window treatments do not have to be drawn to protected you from the direct sun so you can enjoy the view around the clock. Truly amazing!
Watercrest Condominiums just completed a 4.5 million dollar renovation and the entire complex is fresh and new starting with the beautiful entrance portico and amazing water feature to the pool deck where all the outdoor furnishings are new. You will find it well maintained and very clean. Please come and experience this beautiful stretch of sugar white sand beaches, abundant entertainment, and friendly southern hospitality. Of course the beach is the main attraction but the pool complex is a cut above also with the new lounge chairs for your enjoyment. The Tiki Bar poolside at Watercrest is serving your favorite frozen cocktails along with snacks and light lunch meals. Everything you need for an amazing day at the beach! There are 27 miles of beach in this Northwest Florida paradise and Watercrest is one of the most beautiful well maintained condos in the area. We love this East end of the beach because the traffic is so much lighter than in other areas. Also, parking is easy at Watercrest and the elevators are fast and never overcrowded. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the on site amenities such as the tennis. pickle ball, and shuffleboard courts, heated pool in cooler weather, hot tub, kiddie pool, indoor racketball court and exercise room.

At the East end of the beach you have the waterfront headquarters that is home to legendary fishing fleets, pirates, pontoon boats, kayaks, jet skis, dive boats, and Florida's most visited state park not to mention the best golf courses in NW Florida, and the beautiful uninhabited Shell Island. You can also go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling. Or play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or to mention a few.
