Approximately one-and -a-half miles from Long Point Beach in West Tisbury, Summer Dream Cottage is an absolute jewel of a spot for your Martha's Vineyard vacation. This bright, coastal retreat, which has been newly renovated, provides the perfect mix of style , comfort, and convenience. The living room has cathedral ceilings, skylights, a gas fireplace, and a dining area with French doors to a stunning wrap-around deck which is perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining. The kitchen is bright, modern, and well equipped for any chef. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Upstairs, the entire floor is dedicated to a full primary suite. Here you'll find a separate office in addition to a large, luxurious full bath. The walk-out, lower level includes a family/tv room, half bath, and an additional bonus room with 2 twin beds which can accommodate overflow guests. It also has a dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer. Just outside is an outdoor shower. The location of the house is ideal with easy access by bike or walking to Long Point Beach. If you prefer to drive your car to Long Point, you can make a daily reservation for a spot in the lot by signing up for membership to the Trustees of the Reservation on-line and purchasing an annual membership. The bike path to Edgartown is about a mile up from the house. Our house offers proximity to up-island towns as well as down-island villages for shopping, restaurants, and more. Additionally, the house includes access (through a parking sticker you can purchase) to the highly coveted Lambert's Cove beach, a true island treasure!

Perfect vacation spot for all Vineyard activities, Access to Long Point Beach doesn’t get any better. The beach house was welcoming and well appointed with plenty of towels and beach chairs. The host, Sabrina, was very helpful and quick to respond to any requests.

Our stay at this beautiful and, quite honestly, breathtaking tucked-away property was wonderful from beginning to end. The home was exceptionally clean, spacious, bright, and airy, with beautifully decorated rooms throughout. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped with all the comforts and conveniences of home, and having access to laundry facilities was an added benefit.The host was attentive, patient, and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated the beautiful wrap-around deck and backyard seating areas, which provided inviting spaces to bask in the sun, take in the peacefulness, relax and spend time together.The property is conveniently located only about six minutes from the airport, yet we never heard airplane noise. It is also within easy reach of the island’s other towns and attractions.It is clear that the owners have invested considerable care and attention in creating a comfortable and welcoming vacation home. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Our family of 8 had a wonderful vacation at Summer Dream. Communication with the host from booking through checkout was excellent. The home was clean, comfortable and well stocked from the kitchen to beach towels and chairs for everyone. The location is 5 stars. Walk or bike to beautiful Long Point Beach. Catch the bike path at the end of the road and bike to Edgartown or cross island. Nestled in a wooded area, it offers a peaceful, private home away from home. In addition, access to Lamberts Cove Beach was a plus. Beautiful beach that is perfect for families with kids. Easy drive to all areas on the island. A large deck is perfect for coffee in the morning, dining and grilling. Plenty of space for everyone. Loved the double set of washers/dryers to keep up with laundry. Beds were comfortable for a great nights sleep. Lovely place!
