Preserved 19th century 140 acre Granary pond farm reserve near Skaneateles, in the heart of the NYS Finger Lakes.

Kitchenette, dining, living & sleeping spaces. A rustic hideaway. Lots of glass...flooded with light & and surrounded by nature.
Claw foot tub & shower. Original stone walls. Miles of winding mowed hiking and birding trails with vistas throughout. Forest & meadows & wild life/birds

Isolated, quiet, and private but with easy access to Skaneateles, Auburn, Syracuse, and Ithaca. Fishing and ice skating at Granary Pond. Just down the road is the Skaneateles Pet Lodge at the Granary, should you require pet sitting during an outing.

Outdoor seating and grilling areas. A truly unique and charming retreat !!! Very accessible to nearby Skaneateles with its famous gourmet restaurants, Music Festival, and Christmas Dickens Festival.
A beautiful & historic country area: Auburn w. the William Seward House, Harriet Tubman farm and Tiffany Chapel also nearby. Syracuse & Gustave Stickly Arts & Crafts history.
