Our host was amazing! Her home was super clean and anything a traveler could have forgotten, she has stocked in the house, for a guest convenience. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!!

I was very impressed with the cleaniness of the property and the location just outside of Hamilton provided a restful stay. The owners were friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay there again when visiting that area.

The adorable house was well stocked with anything I needed, very good fenced in area for a dog, very good television access and computer access easy set up.

A wonderful, cozy and extremely clean cottage! One of the most equipped places we’ve stayed at…so many extras and the attention to detail was amazing! Very comfortable bed and beautiful views from the back deck. We visit the Bitterroot area often with our pooch and hope to stay there again! Wonderful hosts!!

A lovely cottage in a country setting. Magnificent Mountain View’s from the porch and the nearby RAL hiking trail were highlights of our trip. We would definitely come back here when we return to Montana. The hosts were welcoming and made our stay seem like a visit with friends. The cottage was extremely well equipped and had everything we wanted or needed.

Great spot and view

Super Clean and great location. Quiet and close to town. Lots of amenities like that extra toothbrush you might have forgot! The hosts were wonderful too

Stay in Hamilton

The guest cottage was as described, except cleaner than the pictures did it justice, and with better views from the porch. It was warm, nicely furnished, and located close to town, with a walking trail right next door for those with canines. I would certainly stay there again.

Lovely Space and Host

RoAnn is an exceptional host. She truly thinks of every detail and has everything you could possibly need stocked in the rental. Had a lovely time at this spot and our dogs absolutely loved playing in her yard.

Wonderful place to stay. So close to town, but feel like your miles away. Beautiful views. So clean & comfortable. The little extras (toiletries & snacks)were so appreciated. Highly recommend & would stay again.

Nice cozy house

We stayed at this cute house for a few nights while visiting friends in the area. It was very quiet and clean. Plenty of space for two adults. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we go back to Hamilton!

This our second stay and will be back again. Quite and peaceful. Always in Hamilton on business so we don’t get to enjoy sitting on the deck but the view in beautiful. Great people and property

Relaxing Family Visit

This property is a 10/10, and the host is amazing with her attention to detail. She literally anticipates your every need! The privacy is nice and the views are amazing! We frequent Hamilton and this is our new favorite!

Awesome Stay, awesome experience

RoAnn--Thank you for everything during out stay. We were in Hamilton for a family wedding and your cottage was perfect. We included our 2 Yorkie dogs and you made them feel welcome as well, in fact you went above and beyond! If anyone is looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable, place to stay, look no farther!!! Hamilton retreat

RoAnn and her family are perfect hosts. This one bedroom ‘house’ was as advertised, just perfect. Spacious living room with kitchen area was perfect for my needs. Bedroom and bathroom very functional. The views from the porch were really all you need to know. I look forward to coming back.

A Home Away From Home

Outside, full of flowers, incredible view of the mountains. Inside, so comfortable & clean, with everything we needed & more, not just for us but also for Buster our dog. Good communication with Roann. We were made to feel so welcome. If we ever get back that way, we would definitely stay again.😊

The perfect stay!

RoAnn and Darrell offer an immaculate, bright and cozy guest house. Our communication was seamless and they provide everything that one might need…with many thoughtful details as well. While we were there primarily for a family reunion, the area is beautiful (a wonderful view of the Bitterroot Mountains from the living area and porch!) and they provide a list of great outdoor ideas.
