Situated on the corner of the canal with 266' of waterfront, this home is located right in the heart of the Choctawhatchee River with easy access to the Choctawhatchee Bay and the fresh water springs to the North. Come to kayak, fish, relax and so much more. Panama City Beach access is 35-45 minutes away and 35 mins to Pier Park.
There is a master bedroom with a king bed on one side of the house with views of the canal, private bathroom, and separate entrance to the outdoor patio.
There are two guest bedrooms on the other side of the house with a shared bathroom. Each with a queen bed.
There is also a "den" area that has a queen sleeper sofa.
