The apartment is a boutique atmosphere recently remodeled 2 bedroom with 3 bed and 1 bath, a Just steps from the Isla Verde Beach.

The apartment includes complementary parking for one vehicle inside the building. The property comfortably sleeps 6 adults in 1 King Bed and two queen beds in bunk beds style.

It is a space of two rooms and a bathroom. The main room has a king bed and the second bedroom is comfy and modern with the bunk beds and access from the main room, ideal for families or close friends. Not for kids because of the club in the basement.

Is completely designed and equipped for all your needs.

*Kitchen
Our apartment has a beautiful and functional European style kitchen with quartz countertops, stovetop, full fridge, microwave oven, and coffee maker. The kitchen opens up to the dining and living room so you are always socializing with the rest of the group.

The living room has a flat screen TV with cable (Direct TV) and internet (Liberty). The entire unit has air conditioning.

* Bedrooms
The Master bedroom which has an open entrance has 1 King size bed and two personal end tables.
The second bedroom is a confy room with access from the main room, ideal for families or close friends. Has two queen beds that are in bunk beds style.


* Bathroom

The bathroom has been completely remodeled. It has a refreshing hydromassage shower.

Guest Access:
Entire space plus building amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

The Neighborhood:
The location only a few minute walk steps away from the beaches, hotels/casinos, supermarkets, pharmacy, shopping centers, retail stores, water-sports (paddle boards, kayaks, Jet-ski) and diversified options of delicious multi-cultural restaurants. Only 10 minutes to Old San Juan and 3 minutes away from the airport.

From our apartment you will be enjoying a 1.5 mile-long beach and will be within walking distance to endless options for dining and nightlife.

Getting Around:
When you stay is our cozy and modern apartment, you do not need to rent a car because the apartment is conveniently located in the center of the Isla Verde Strip just steps from the beach, urban park, casino and pharmacy and various restaurants, including open 24/7. To move to other places in the city, you can take Uber or Taxi. However, if you prefer to rent a car, it will be very feasible because you can get to a car rental in just 1 min walk away (is next door and 24/7)

Other Things to Note:
Pool 🏊‍♂️ is open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday.

The laundry and dryer are in the lobby of building in front of the pool.

The unit is on a 2nd level with no elevator

There is a club/Pub on the basement of the building, it generates noise but not inside the unit unless windows are open.

Walgreens and CVS are next door and they are 24/7

The apartment includes 1 parking space inside building presises.

Absolutly no smoking or any other smoking like activities inside the aparment or a $420 fine for smoking will be apply.

I am always available if you need anything whether it be by phone, text, or in person. If schedule permit I’d love to meet you and exchange stories over a coffee or glass of wine however if you are the more private type or just too busy, no problem!
