Island Escape in Isla Verde Beach Puerto Rico! This newly remodeled two bedroom condo is located right on the beach. It is on the 15th floor & minutes from the San Juan airport! Walk out of the building and you are right on the beach!

Direct access to the beach! Step out our building and onto the sand! Walk to restaurants, bars, casinos, Jet Ski tours & shopping. We are also close to Old San Juan, the Rain Forest, Caves and more.

Interior is lovely.

The inside of the condo was lovely. The interior was clean and the pictures shown on the site are very accurate. The common areas of the building need updating- lobby, pool area, garage. Hopefully the pool will open soon although the owner was very transparent and made sure in the listing that we knew it was closed. 5 stars for the apartment interior. The entry code provided worked well. We did have trouble finding staff in the lobby and thus were unaware we needed to get a parking pass or that we needed to park packed in to the assigned space. I thought it was a nice touch that the parking spot was marked with the condo logo. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Excellent Location

We loved this rental - right on the beach, private parking, nice sized apt. Restaurant, casino & other hotels are within walking distance. Would definitely rent this apartment again!
