We had a volleyball tournament and wanted to stay close by to the Convention Center. It was clean and convenient for the coaches. The host was available if there were any problems. It was a great place to stay. Thank you.
Terrible stay. Super sketchy neighborhood and got harassed multiple times and threatened. Were told by cops we should not stay there and it was a pretty dangerous spot. Had to spend 3k last minute to book hotels.Communicated this clearly to the host and they did absolutely nothing. Terrible experience and would never stay here

Quick and efficient communication from owner the house was SPARKLING clean when we arrived it fit 9 people comfortably
only CON: the surrounding area is pretty sketchy, but the house is safe and secure due to security set up (lock on door gate)
would definitely recommend for large groups / families wanting to stay in a convenient location to adventure around LA

Good crash pad
Comfortable beds, clean. Place had no workable heat. Lots of little issues with no hot water, kept blowing fuses so outlet use was minimal, leek in the roof. Good crash pad if you don’t plan on spending much time at the property. Great price, so I guess I got what I paid for.
We had a great weekend stay with family and our 6 children combined. We all know traveling with kids is not always fun but the kids enjoyed being able to have a whole story all to themselves. We had everything we needed and accessing the place was simple. If you have a big truck or SUV you may not fit in the designated parking but there is street parking. We got lucky with a street spot right in front. Host is very responsive . Thank you for having us Leon!

The property is located very close to the SoFi Stadium which is a plus for my group. The issue we kept running into was places to park. If you are driving I wouldn’t recommend this location because the designated parking was pretty much used daily and we had to park on the street. Also, the gate is not automatic so we had to always get out and manually open it for the car and manually close it. Lastly, the wifi was constantly out. I will say the host was very responsive whenever I messaged him about an issue but the router isn’t in the unit (idk where it is) so wifi wasn’t controlled on our side. Overall, this got the job done by providing us somewhere to lay our head at night but that’s it.
Unfortunately, when we arrived we saw signs of a pest infestation. There were several case-bearing moth larva on the walls, near the baseboards and closets. They're insects that live inside cases and can feed on your clothes causing damage that you inadvertently take home with you if there is an infestation in a property you rent. We also observed that there were no smoke alarms - the smoke alarms were disconnected in several areas - totally removed. And, the security fence that protects the parking area and cars parked on the property was broken, meaning anyone could access it. It is not in a good area of town, so an unsecure security fence is a problem. We contacted the manager immediately and unfortunately could not continue our stay at this property.
Important note and observation: bottom floor is warmer than the rest of the home and harder to cool
Cleanliness: the home is very well kept all thoughout no issues.
Check in process: easy to check in with property manager. A bit confusing at first with all the different addresses and unit numbers within the property. Overall access to get in is easy.
Online listing: the pictures match the home. The only thing i would prefer is better description of layout of home, because it contains 3 stories and that could be an issue for some guests to climb all those stairs to get to kitchen or upstairs bedrooms.
Communication with property manager: was easy, small glitches, but i beleive it was with the app and not the manager.
Location and neighborhood: the listing is accurate stating the proximity to USC and local stadiums. But you are in South LA and although the neighborhood might not be the greatest looking, the property is well secured, secured parking entrance, secured entry for the home. You are only allowed 2 vehicles to park inside the property, so you risk it parking on the VERY limited close by busy street parking for any additional vehicles.
Overall rating: cant score a 5 due to the nieghborhood but a 4.5 does justify the overall of the home.
