QUIET TIME: 10pm - 8am. Enjoy our home! But please no loud noise levels, unruly behavior or illegal activities. If so, stay may be canceled without refund. This is per the LA County Home Sharing Ordinance.

Great Stay for a Small Group

We had an event at the local performing arts center. This was close enough in proximity to make it easy to go back and forth daily. This is at a condo complex where parking is limited. You do have to climb stairs to access the condo so keep that in mind. Great spot, spacious and cozy! The beds were comfy and we will book it again.

Comfortable and secure stay

Our stay was very pleasant. The condo is nicely decorated and was clean. The directions on how to enter and how to access the parking garage were clear. Besides a few things needing repair (towel rack, lamp, slow draining bathroom sink) and a shortage of washcloths, the overall accommodation was very thoughtful, comfortable, and easy. I would stay there again.

Great family friendly condo

Great space to stay. 15 minute drive to beach and 30 minute drive to Hollywood strip. They had a washer and dryer in the condo and all the kitchen supplies you need to cook. The are had a lot of fast food restaurants and a super market and dollar store. This place will be my first choice when traveling in the area again. Thank you Mimi!

Okay. Needs some repairs.

Check in was ok , but 30 minutes late as cleaners still there. Apartment was nicely decorated but had a lot of damage and many things broken or sparse. The were 2 broken lamps, no towel racks, broken cabinets, dirty mattress and minimal kitchen ware and dishes. With repairs, some added dishes and jute sold and mattress covers it would be worth staying. The location is good. About 15 min from airport and about the same to the beach. Grocery close. Parking area is dirty and full of trash in many corners. The area outside the apartment is not very nice, but the apartment itself is good or will be when repairs are made. There is a trash shoot at bottom of apartment stairs and other residents stack piles of trash there that you must walk by to and from apartment
