This deluxe Summit Beach Resort condominium is conveniently located on the 2nd floor of this 15-story complex. The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This well-maintained 2nd floor unit offers an amazing gulf and pool views from its beachfront balcony. Fully equipped to host your family or friends on a comfortable, sun-filled vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

-Summit does not allow pets

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A minimum initial payment of $325 is due at time of booking. Final payments are due 35 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 35 days, payment in full is due at time of booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Cashier's Checks, Checks and Money Orders. Checks, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Initial payment amount may vary based on the booking avenue.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27. While we do our best to provide you with accurate, up-to-date information, The Summit Owner's Association reserves the right to change the registration fee at any time and without notice.

**The Summit Condominiums is undergoing a property-wide balcony restoration project from September 2025 through March 2026, with dates subject to change based on weather and construction progress. During this period, balconies may be closed or partially closed, outdoor furniture may be stored inside the unit, and guests should expect noise and dust. While we will reaccommodate as able, no refunds, discounts, or guaranteed relocations will be provided. Thank you for your understanding while property improvements are being made!**

Not upto the standards of the Summit

Previously stayed on this property 4 years prior. This unit was not updated and the cleanliness didn't meet that standards previously set forth. Property as a whole seems to have gone down hill over the past few years. Don't think we will return.

Our stay was winderful. In regards to the summit I love there is security. Having all amenities onsite is also wonderful including the music and movie nite the grocery bikini bobs and great food within walking distance. I am somewhat disappointed in cleanliness of room tho. I did t feel so clean. I covered the couch in clean fitted sheet. In a shared rental I feel u should clean all around where the trash can is such as walls floors and cabinets and the entry door of condo very dirty. The bathroom wall in shower (tile) could use a good cleaning. If it was just me these things wouldn’t be so bad but multiple people in and out every week it needs cleaned. A good clean mopping on all the floors would be good too. I wore socks in the condo and the feet were black! I am saying all of this with hopes of cleaning service being better. If I owned the condo, I sure would want it cleaned good every time. Saying all of this, we will be back next year, hopefully with our kids and grandkids.

Mold, linen was not washed, management would not return messages.

At arrival the smell was unbearable. The front office said we had to contact management. I called, sent a text per instructions on our paper that said to contact housekeeping, I sent management a message. I was never contacted. We then realized there mold all the over, the a/c unit in the closet was leaking and mold all over the shelf, the shelf was about to break, mold in the living room and bathroom. Our linens had sand all over them. The sheets were covered in sand. One day we came back and the room had flooded (another guest said there was a flood from the upper floor) continued to contact management with no answer. I sent a message daily. Chairs outside were broke at arrival. When we left I got charged for ruined linen and we did not do anything to the linen. I requested a picture and never received one.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to find that the room smelled like a locker room with mold growing in places with water damage in bathroom. I addressed this to you with no hope of being relocated to another room and with no refund. This place is a joke. Never contact me for future bookings with you.
