This listing is for a condo at The Summit Beach Resort, it's located right along the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches and within walking distance to great restaurants, a golf course, and other family attractions. The Summit Beach Resort offers guests onsite amenities such as two large swimming pools, Summit Tiki Bar, Summit Market, Bikini Bob’s Restaurant, hot tubs, picnic areas with grills, tennis courts, a basketball court, three shuffleboard courts, and a fitness center. During the Summer, kids can enjoy Resort Collection’s Adventure Zone activities onsite, including fan favorite Dive-In Movies on the pool deck at dusk. Each suite is fully furnished, providing all the comforts of home. The Summit is one of the biggest resorts and offers some of the best values on the beach.

Very clean room equipment with a full kitchen& washer and dryer. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The tiki bar on the property makes the best drinks. Pizza, ice cream , and oysters all in walking distance.

April vacation

The Summit was clean and safe. Location was great. The Tiki bar was an added bonus as well as Bikini Bob’s. With these two bonuses you really don’t need to leave the property. Hopefully we will return.

The condo was great! There were a couple of house keeping issues we found. There was only one used roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. On our four day we were going to do laundry and found half washed towels sitting in water in the washer. Overall the property was great and a very nice condo. This was are second year in a row to stay at the Summit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean and the location was close to everything we needed. The pools and property was kept very clean. The main bathroom area was a little small. The elevators were terrible, the property has four elevators, however one was broken almost every day of our say. It made for a long wait to get downstairs in the mornings and back up in the afternoons.
