Has 2 single built-in bunk beds in the hallway, queen size sleeper sofa 's fully equipped kitchen, 1 1/2 baths, has approx. 960 square feet,located at the more desirable east end of building. Comes fully furnished with a large balcony with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Kitchen includes: dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, washer and dryer, microwave, blender, dishes, cooking ware and all utensils, toaster, can opener and garbage disposal.
Beds: 1 King Bed, 2 Twin Beds, 1 Sofa Bed. Just bring your clothes!

Loved it. Unit is welcoming, neat, clean and well stocked with necessities. Owner is a great communicator. I love to be higher up so I loved the 12th floor and did not find myself desperate for an elevator at any time during the Holiday Week. I will definitely hunt this unit next time (and there is always a next time)!

F YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR VACATION RUINED, I WOULD AVOID THIS HOST.Our stay started with cleanliness issues. There was sand throughout the condo, including on the bed. We contacted the host shortly after check-in, but instead of addressing our concern, the response was dismissive and essentially “welcome to the beach.”The much bigger problem happened after checkout. The host claimed that we had caused mold damage during our three-night stay and tried to charge us for it. We strongly disputed this because we had used the condo normally and followed the house rules. We also found previous guest reviews mentioning mold problems at this same property well before our stay.What made the experience especially frustrating was the damage-claim process. In our case, the host was able to submit the charge first, and guest then had to spend significant time providing evidence and disputing it afterward. Based on our communication with Vrbo customer service, this was not the first time this host had used the damage-claim process with guests. We ultimately get our money back, but the process was stressful and time-consuming.The Summit has many other rental units and hosts. Based on our experience with the cleanliness, communication, and post-stay damage claim, I would choose another one.And to the host: I know you may deny and reply with more accusations. This review is not for you. It is for future guests.

Please read other reviews. This guest was very happy with there stay and ready to come back. Then after they left, paying no attention to the many signs in condo about slider in summer, they left the slider door open to the humidity causing temporary mold spots to ceiling, which i removed. They also, said 2 people in party and 4 showed up, and trashed the condo.l Now, they are writing a bad review because they were charged the security deposit in which VRBO agreed with from pictures and proof. I clean my unit myself and guarantee cleanliness at condo. Im very particular that way. Conclusion is, they were mad about VRBO agreeing with not following simple rules and repect for condo instructions.

Perfect location

This is a great well equip older condo with a great view at the far end of the boardwalk. The place was clean, very comfortable bed, and quite frankly one of the biggest TVs I’ve ever seen in a condominium. We’d loved to return someday, thanks, Bradley

It doesn’t get better than this, literal paradise!

Best host, best experience, best unit we’ve ever had at The Summit! Every detail was thought of (even a little fan & light bulb attached to the pull strings of the ceiling fan). I am obsessed with all of the owner’s furniture, the unit was beautifully decorated. The rocking chairs on the balcony are everything. We ate every opportunity we could on the patio table too! The host was super communicative & had a very quick response time. We were welcomed with a letter that explained any question that I could think of. I look forward to booking with this host again!

Nice condo with awesome views

Condo was great. Everything was like it was described. Great views from the balcony. Only cons: sleeper sofa mattress was just springs with a cover. Was not comfortable at all so my sister slept on the cushions instead. There dust build up on all the ac vents and the vent in the door. Other than these 2 things everything else was great and we enjoyed our time

Cleanliness of the property was not ideal but it also was not terrible. We were given the option to receive refund and go elsewhere but declined as there is no guarantee the next place would be any better. First time condo renter and maybe it was normal as I didn’t have anything else to compare it to.

Unfortunate luck!

Enjoyed the first night before the air conditioner died. Never saw a repair man. Had to clean the toilets because they were nasty. Didn’t get much rest without air but luckily there were ceiling fans to help a little. Had a big ice maker which was nice and a patio full of beach supplies. Enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony. Plenty of towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Was overall a good week on the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect. The condo was exactly as described, and the host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Check-in was a breeze everything was prepared ahead of time. It was good food and liquor very close by within walking distance. The resort itself was in outstanding condition everything was very clean and well-kept. I even took my own brand of k-cups. I would highly recommend the Summit.
