Nice and peaceful, close to the water and had a spot to put my boat. And neighbors were very friendly. Had a game area plus tv. And if you want to bring fishing pole inside they had a cool spot that you could hang them from the ceiling out of the way and safe..

Cozy spot

Great stay. Very clean. Host is very responsive. Little further than just a small walk to the water though. But all in all would recommend and very likely be back for our next visit to town!

Great property

We absolutely loved the property. It had everything we needed for a quick weekend on the lake. The ping-pong table and darts were fun. We have told several of our friends so they can enjoy a weekend away as well. Thank you so much.

It was big enough for the two of us.

It wasn’t right on the lake like I thought it would be. But overall it was a nice and clean place!!

4.5 out of 5

If your going to guntersville for fishing this was perfect. A place to park your boat under shelter, a spacious lower level inside to store equipment, amenities you need. Nothing over the top fancy, but it all worked and let’s face it your going to be fishing all day so you only need a place to sleep, eat and store your stuff. This definitely checks those boxes. Having the private access boat ramp was handy as well. The lake water level was low during our visit and still able to launch a 20’ bass boat no issue. Ben was very responsive and answered any questions we had in a timely manner.

For the price, this place was great! Roomy downstairs open area, and very clean upstairs studio and bathroom. Parking / backing was a bit challenging with a 20' bass boat because we were concerned about driving in the neighbor's yard. But he was outside on day 2 and waved us on to let us know it was fine to pull into his yard to get the needed angle. Location is great - @3 miles to Guntersville Tackle shop (great breakfast burritos), and @3 1/2 miles the other direction to Mink boat ramp. The large fridge just inside the downstairs doir is very handy to reload boat cooler. No crazy check-out requirements from the host. Great place to stay for a fishing trip!
